Balloon Glow is a popular summer festival that brings families and friends together for a day of fun, food, friends, and fireworks… not to mention the visual splendor of more than 10 vibrant hot air balloons all tethered in one beautiful, expansive park!

10am – 6pm: Sunlite Water Adventure is open to the public

6 – 10pm: Live band “1990s Something”

8pm: Balloons will begin glowing and hover above while safely tethered as onlookers enjoy the visual display of color

10:15pm: Rozzi’s Fireworks Finale over shimmering Lake Como

The day also includes great food, inflatables for the kids, Action Alley, Storybook Paddleboats, and Cincy Mini-Golf.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I purchase tickets for Sunlite Water Adventure at the park?

Yes, tickets will be available for sale at the park. However, purchasing tickets online provides a savings over tickets purchased at the park. Purchasing online will also save you time, allowing you to skip the admissions booth line! Please note that tickets to Sunlite Water Adventure on July 3rd include your Balloon Glow parking costs.

What concessions will be available for purchase at Balloon Glow?

Concessions will include LaRosa’s Pizza, Skyline Chili, burgers and wraps, funnel cakes, kettle corn, and a wide selection of cold soft drinks and beer.

Can I buy parking online?

Parking is available for purchase at the gate upon arrival. Cost is $20 before 2 pm, and increases to $30 after 2 pm.

Is Balloon Glow free for Season Passholders?

Yes! Balloon Glow is free to all Season Passholders.

Where at Coney Island will the hot air balloons be?

The hot air balloons will be tethered in the Moonlite Mall, which is the grassy parklike area located at the southernmost part of the park, on the banks of the Ohio River.

What time does the fireworks show begin?

Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks show will begin at 10:15pm. Please note that due to the fireworks and safety regulations, all vehicles parked through Gate One will not be permitted to leave the park from 9:45pm until the fireworks are over. Gate 3 will remain open the entire time.

What sponsorship opportunities are available?

Interactive booths are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your brand will be able to increase reach and interact with our 14,000+ guests during a four-hour, high-traffic time in the height of summer for $1,000.
